I have loved clothes for as long as I can remember. I even remember the look and feel of the dresses I wore as a little girl.
As a young adult I pursued a career in fashion in Paris where I studied French couture and worked for Vogue magazine. Back in the USA as a graduate student at the Yale School of Drama, I designed experimental vostumes with unusual materials like string lights and metal.
After Yale, as a freelance designer in New York, I worked at Nickelodeon, on Broadway and at the Metropolitan Opera. Lately I spend most of my time creating the OUTFIT GIRLS, exploring who they are. I love to imagine what they wear… and how they can make a difference in a world where young ladies are pressured by social media and celebrities to wear outfits that don’t reflect each girl’s authentic self.

The OUTFIT GIRLS watch my own experience of fashion as an outlet for healthy self-expression. The OUTFIT GIRLS tell their stories of personal growth through the clothes they wear, just like me!
